But we all know I love my little Penny. Only she's not so little. She had her 18 month appointment today and once again, she's over 100 percent on height and 95 percent on weight. She's almost 3 feet tall!!!
The doctor said the tantrums are normal. She also said I should stop comparing her to her older sister.

Stop comparing Penny to her older sister?.... like, Penny doesn't have dark hair, brown eyes, almond skin.... how could her personality be the same either?? They truly are two very different people.
On the subject of acquiring the second blanket (congrats!)...You may not remember when Julia lost her blanky. It was the saddest day of her/my life. The little brat that stole it is probably in jail today.
Her NAME and BiRTHDATE were embroidered on that cool blanket!
Anyway, never having had more than one child, it must be very difficult not to compare... try to do it positively...
